Elaborated with the following varieties: 85% Aragones (Tempranillo), 10% Garnacha and 5% Mencía. Picota-cherry red colour with violet reflections and medium-high layer, has aromas of black compote fruit (cherry bones and plums in liquor) accompanied by notes of toasted bread. Balsamic and spicy touches (mint, clove and white pepper) with a mineral background. Very fresh start taste in mouth, it is an intense wine gifted with a quality tannin that makes it very round and tasty, with notes of black fruits, a spicy and milky touch with notes of vanilla, leaving a final taste of ripe grape skins and sugar-coated fruits, lengthy and persistent.

15-month aging in new French oak barrels of 300 liters, with a very light toasting
