1. PAYMENT METHODS

- Secure credit card payment gateway system

Secure system guaranteed by BBVA, it will be the bank that carries out its payment transaction without our store having contact with its card. The shipment is made on the same day of purchase and will take approximately 48 hours to arrive.
For areas outside the peninsula the shipping will take approximately one week from the purchase.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES (*)
Shipping costs depend on the quantity purchased:

- 0 to 10 kg. - € 10
- From 11 to 20 kg. - € 11
- From 21 to 30 kg. - € 13

3. TERM OF DELIVERY (**)
The usual delivery time is 48 for orders placed before 10 am.

We make a great effort to keep the catalog updated so that it corresponds to our stock. In case of not having an article requested we would contact you to advise.

Packages are only shipped on weekdays (Monday to Friday). An order placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will be processed the next business day.

** These deadlines are applicable only to the Peninsula. For areas outside the peninsula the shipping will take approximately one week from the confirmation of payment.

4. MINIMUM ORDER
There is no minimum order condition but the same 10 kilos of the order is charged the same, we recommend that you order with more weight to take advantage of the postage.

5. INTERNATIONAL ORDER / OUTSIDE THE PENINSULA
We do not ship orders outside the peninsula and to other countries made from the store. If you want a product you can contact us directly.

6. RETURNS
Our customer service department has a after-sales service to solve any problem with our products or shipments, through which we try to offer a fast and effective attention to our customers.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 working days, from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to article 44 of Law 7/1996, dated January 15, Ordering Retail Commerce modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).
