Variety: 100% Tempranillo
Ageing: 5 months in tank on its lees.
Colour: salmon pink with blue reflection.
Nose: intense aromatic range, predominantly acid strawberry and raspberry flashes and accompanied by touches of acacia flowers. Balsamic end.
Palate: enveloping, with great freshness, it brings back the acidic, lingering flavors of strawberry. It is a very nice wine that survives long on the palate.
Elaboration: Manually-harvested grape, tear-decanted juice, fermentation by vineyard´s own yeast, ageing with its lees for at least five months in stainless steel deposits following the batonnage technique for 3 months. Smoothly filtered and bottled.
