Variety: 100% Tempranillo
Ageing: 6 months in barrels of French and American oak.
Colour: cherry red with bluish reflections.
Nose: inaromas of black fruit (blackberries and blueberries) accompanied by light notes of vanilla and spiced with a balsamic end.
Palate: intense and silky with hints of licorice, black fruit, vanilla and spices.
Elaboration: Manual harvest and grapes selection in cellar, along with stems removal. Subsequently it is introduced into tanks where it is fermented and macerated for 15 days, looking to achieve the best sensations.
