Produces highly personal wines with a good alcohol content and a moderate fruity acidity.

Bunches are hand-picked and placed in 12 kilo crates, followed by careful selection at sorting tables.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 25ºC with maceration lasting approximately 25 days.

Malolactic fermentation over lees for 15 days.

Ageing in 150 new French oak barrels.
